Shipping

Most orders are shipped within 1-3 days of order. 
The Crystal collection glasses are hand rhinestoned to order so please allow 2-4 business days before shipping.

HC Bandana crop tops are made to order for you, so please allow 3-5 working days before shipping.

Domestic (within Australia)

We offer free express domestic shipping within Australia on all orders over $50.

For orders under $50 a flat rate of $5 is charged for regular shipping and $10 flat rate for express shipping.

Orders are shipped with Australia post tracked parcels. Regular shipping time usually takes 3-5 working days. Express shipping usually takes 1-2 working days. As you know sometimes there are unforeseen delays during shipping, unfortunately these delays are out of our control and Hola Chica is not responsible for delays once your order is shipped. We will do all that we can to ensure your order gets to you as quickly as possible. 

International

As Australia has decided international postage must cost a small fortune, unfortunately at this time we cannot offer free international shipping for any orders, sorry Chicas!
We do ship to all major international countries and there is a flat rate of $25 for all international orders.

Orders are shipped with Australia Post tracked parcel post. Most destinations will usually take around 10 working days. Some countries may take a little longer and others such as USA may take a little shorter. You can use your tracking number to keep an eye on your parcel on its journey.

Occasionally there may be unforeseen delays such as customs holding your package for a little longer than usual. Unfortunately any delays during shipping are out of our control and Hola Chica is not responsible. We will try our best to make sure your package reaches you as quickly as possible. 

Returns

Sunglasses & Jewellery:

All sunglasses and jewellery items are final sale due to the nature of the product and hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges on these items. 

If your purchase arrives to you faulty or damaged, or a fault occurs shortly after receiving, please notify us and send evidence through to katie@holachicadesigns.com or you can send an Instagram DM to @holachicaboutique and we will discuss further. You will need to return the item for inspection. If an item is approved as faulty we will send you a replacement product or store credit. If the item is not approved as faulty it will be returned to you. 

Please note if your HC sunglasses or jewellery item become damaged/faulty more than 28 days after you receive them. We will not exchange or accept a return on the item as it will be classified as user wear and tear. 

Clothing:

The HC Bandana tops are made to order specially for you. For this reason if you receive your top and change your mind on keeping it or would like another size, you may exchange the top only. The top must be returned to us at the customers expense and we will issue you with a store credit voucher to choose another item. 

Please Note: My main goal is to have you enjoying, loving and feeling amazing in your HC piece, so if there is an issue lets work together to create a solution and find the product thats right for you! Just like in a physical store, I will not tolerate abusive behaviour at my business and have the right to cease service if I feel this to be the case. I operate Hola Chica with positivity and respect for my customers and would appreciate for it to be reciprocated.
