Free shipping within Australia on orders over $50. Orders under $50 a flat rate of $5 shipping. International shipping has a flat rate of $25.

All orders are shipped within 1-3 days of order.
The Crystal collection glasses are hand rhinestoned to order so please allow 2-4 business days before shipping.
Domestic (within Australia)
We offer free express domestic shipping within Australia on all orders over $50.
For orders under $50 a flat rate of $5 is charged for regular shipping and $10 flat rate for express shipping.
Orders are shipped with Australia post tracked parcels. Regular shipping time usually takes 3-5 working days. Express shipping usually takes 1-2 working days. As you know sometimes there are unforeseen delays during shipping, unfortunately these delays are out of our control and Hola Chica is not responsible for delays once your order is shipped. We will do all that we can to ensure your order gets to you as quickly as possible.
International
As Australia has decided international postage must cost a small fortune, unfortunately at this time we cannot offer free international shipping for any orders, sorry Chicas!
We do ship to all major international countries and there is a flat rate of $20 for all international orders.
Orders are shipped with Australia Post tracked parcel post. Most destinations will usually take 10 working days. Some countries may take a little longer and others such as USA may take a little shorter. You can use your tracking number to keep an eye on your parcel on its journey.
Occasionally there may be unforeseen delays such as customs holding your package for a little longer than usual. Unfortunately any delays during shipping are out of our control and Hola Chica is not responsible. We will try our best to make sure your package reaches you as quickly as possible.
Returns
All sunglasses are final sale due to the nature of the product and hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges on these items.
If your purchase arrives to you faulty or damaged please send evidence through to katie@holachicadesigns.com and we will discuss further. If an item is approved as faulty we will send you a replacement product or store credit.
